Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a double boiler
Add the heavy cream, stirring constantly until smooth and shiny
Let it cool, stirring occasionally to achieve a thick consistency
Add the sugar cubes and mix well
When the mixture is firm enough to roll, shape it into a salami and wrap it in plastic film
Place it in the freezer for 4 hours
Coating: make a glaze at a medium heat, add chopped fruit, and let it thicken
Remove from heat and let it cool
When serving, remove the salami from the freezer and let it rest for about 5 minutes
Then slice it with a heated knife and serve with strawberry sauce separately.
