Rinse all the scales off the sardines and mash them with a fork
Combine the lemon juice, English Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, and mustard
Cut the salsa into small pieces (but big enough to be filled) and soak them in cold water
Before serving, remove the salsa from the water and fill it with the sardine mixture
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
