1 tablespoon curry powder (caril)
1 to 2 red bell peppers, juiced from 1/2 lemon

1 to 2 red bell peppers, juiced from 1/2 lemon
Spread butter or margarine on the bread slices
Mash the cheese with curry powder and spread over the butter
Wash the bell peppers well
Cut in half and remove the seeds
Slice into thin strips without peeling
Arrange the sandwiches so that you can see the red bell pepper skin
Brush with lemon juice
Make 4 sandwiches.
