Tenderize the beef with salt and garlic
Sear the beef in a hot skillet with olive oil until it's browned
Add water, cover, and cook for an hour
Let it cool down and check if the meat is tender
Slice the meat thinly using a sharp knife
Mash green olives, olive oil, and vinegar in a blender
Combine oregano, mix well, and pour over the beef
Use the filling on your choice of bread
If desired, add English dressing
