1/2 onion, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 cups cooked white beans
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup mayonnaise (see recipe)
1/4 cup natural yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
optional onion rosette for garnish
5 sesame seed buns

Blend in a blender the onion, oil, and beans (reserve some whole beans)
Place in a bowl, add the sesame seeds, mayonnaise (see below how to prepare), yogurt, and lemon juice
Mix well
Serve on sesame seed buns with reserved whole beans and optional onion rosette
