In a bowl, mix the cheese with cream and horseradish
Add the green onion
Spread the butter on the bread slices and spread the cheese mixture on half of the slices
Place the apple slices around the edges, leaving 1 cm outside
Season
Cover the filled halves with the remaining bread slices and cut each sandwich into a diagonal triangle
These can be prepared 6 hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator with a clean cloth on top
