4 tablespoons of non-fat yogurt
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of chopped hot sauce

2 serious pears (50g each)
100g of light prato cheese cut into thin slices
1 cup of rough-chopped American or Roman lettuce leaves
1 small beetroot grated
1 Japanese cucumber cut into strips
1 small carrot grated

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, hot sauce, and salt
Mix well and set aside

Cut the pear in half horizontally to obtain two thin discs

Place a slice of cheese on one of the pear halves, followed by a spoonful of the reserved mixture, lettuce leaves, grated beetroot, cucumber strips, and carrot

Roll it up like a roulade and cut it in half
Repeat this process with the remaining pear slices and serve
