In a pan, fry the onion in 3 tablespoons of butter over low heat until it starts to brown
Add the sausages and parsley and cook for 1 minute
Set aside
Heat a skillet with the remaining butter over medium heat
When melted, add the slightly beaten eggs tempered with salt and cook until they set
Scrape the bottom of the pan with a spatula until the eggs are fully cooked
Split the hot dogs in half and spread the cheese
