Melt the butter in a skillet, add grated or broken cheese and stir until the cheese has melted
Add salt, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce
Add milk gradually and heat constantly, stirring
Remove from heat; add beaten egg
Place two tomato slices on each slice of toast, top with the sauce, and finish with a crispy bacon strip
