In a small skillet, sauté the garlic in butter until soft but not golden brown
Add the cheese, parsley, and stir continuously until the cheese melts
Brush this mixture onto the bread slices to the edges and place them in a single layer on an oven-safe dish
Bake in a slow oven (120°C) for 30 minutes, stirring twice, or until crispy and dry
Let cool
Store in a closed container in the refrigerator
Serve with soups or salads
