Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it rest for 5 minutes

On a floured surface, roll out each part into a rectangle of 35 x 22 cm
Cut into strips of 2 cm in the length direction
Troll each strip and roll it up to form a spiral shape
Place some green pea slices in the center of each spiral
Mix together the sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle it over the buns
Repeat the same process with the other part of the dough
Cover it with a cloth and let it rise for about 1 hour
Heat the oven to 180°C (medium)
Bake the buns for 12 minutes or until the bottom is lightly golden
