1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of white wine
salt and pepper to taste
4 large onion slices
4 large tomato slices
4 lime slices
Cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil, large enough to wrap each fish piece separately
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, white wine, salt, and pepper
Rub the mixture on the inside and outside of the clean fish pieces
Place one fish piece on each square of foil, greased with butter or margarine
Separate the onion slices into rings and distribute them over the fish pieces
Place a tomato slice over each fish piece and cover it with a lime slice
Brush the remaining olive oil mixture over the top
Fold the foil packets, doubling the edges twice
Arrange the packets in a shallow baking dish and bake in a moderate oven for 12-18 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish)
After that time, open one packet to check if the fish is cooked
Serve 4 portions
Serve each portion in its own foil packet.
