Dough
2 cups (ch) of wheat flour
1 tablespoon (ch) of salt
1/2 cup (ch) of vegetable oil
1 egg
4 tablespoons (sopa) of warm water approximately
Filling
500g of ground beef
1 liter of boiling water
1/2 tablespoon (sopa) of salt
4 tablespoons (sopa) of paprika
1/2 cup (ch) of onion
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 green pepper, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 tablespoon (ch) of oregano
2 tablespoons (sopa) of picada sauce
1/2 tablespoon (ch) of coriander
1/2 teaspoon (caf) of sweet paprika
10 green olives, finely chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste

Filling
Place the beef in a bowl and pour in the boiling water with 1/2 tablespoon of salt
Drain into a colander and let it cool down
Heat the oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and pepper for five minutes
Add the tomato and sauté for another ten minutes
Add the remaining ingredients
Dough
Place the flour, salt, and vegetable oil in a bowl and mix until it forms a thick dough
Add the egg and mix quickly
Add the warm water gradually and mix only to give it a binding consistency
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into discs of 15 cm in diameter
Place two or three tablespoons of filling in each disc, moisten the edges, and seal like a pastry
Bake in a medium preheated oven.
