Combine in the blender 1.5 cups of ice, 3 tablespoons of skimmed milk, 2 tablespoons of whey protein powder, 1 tablespoon of coffee or light chocolate, 2 tablespoons of lime, 1 tablespoon of white sesame germ, 1 tablespoon of oats, and 300 ml of water, lightly sweetened or to taste
Blend everything and serve immediately, yields 600 ml
