1 cup guava pulp, cut into small squares

Combine the flour and wheat flour in a bowl
Add the butter or margarine to the mixture and mix with 2 forks until fine crumbs form
Gently beat the egg yolks
Add the milk and mix well
Add the guava pulp to the mixture and fold gently
Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully add to the guava mixture
Place in a low, shallow baking dish
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 50 minutes or until firm and golden brown
Serve warm or cold
If desired, serve with whipped cream
