Ingredients: 1 cup boiling water; 1 package of strawberry, peach, pineapple, lemon, or passionfruit gelatin; 2 cups of yogurt with the same flavor as the gelatin (250g); 4 to 6 ice cubes

Directions

Pour the boiling water over the contents of the gelatin package in a large bowl

Stir until the gelatin has dissolved

Add the ice cubes and stir until the gelatin begins to thicken

Remove any remaining ice chunks

Add the yogurt

Mix well

Pour into individual molds and refrigerate until firm

If desired, serve with whipped cream.
