1 medium melon
2 ripe passionfruits

2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Cut the melon in half
Cut melon balls and place them in a bowl
Reserve the liquid that forms and drizzle it over the melon balls
Pit the passionfruits and chop them finely
Add to the melon
Combine with sugar, lemon juice, and salt
Let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours
Just before serving, place individual servings on plates and top with shaved ice.
