In a blender, blend the Minas Mozzarella or ricotta cheese with the milk until it becomes quite creamy
Add the sugar, eggs, and cognac, and blend until smooth and thick
Pour into a bowl and refrigerate until well chilled
Garnish with strawberries or fruit of your choice
