In a bowl, mix well the sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, corn syrup, whole milk, and heavy cream to form a creamy mixture
Place in a large refrigerator container and refrigerate

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and mix with the heavy cream
Pour over the creamy mixture and refrigerate for at least two hours
When serving, decorate with shredded coconut and strawberries.
