1 1/4 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 1/4 cups of water
2 large eggs, separated
1/2 cup of tangerine juice
2 tablespoons of lime juice
3 tablespoons of grated tangerine peel
1/2 tablespoon of grated lime peel
1 pre-baked cake mix (or cookie dough)
2 tablespoons of water
1 tangerine, separated into gremolata
3/4 cup of shredded coconut
1 1/4 cups of sugar

Combine 3/4 cup of sugar, flour, salt, and water in a bowl
Add slightly beaten egg whites and whisk well
Place the mixture over low heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly
Remove from heat and stir in tangerine and lime juices, as well as grated peel
Let it cool
Add to cake mix
Beat egg whites until fluffy, then add 1/2 cup of sugar, salt, and water
Beat well
Cook over simmering water for 1 minute, stirring constantly
Remove from heat and beat until the mixture holds its shape when lifted with a spatula
Place on top of cake, garnish with tangerine gremolata, and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
