8 champagne-style biscuits
1 tablespoon of your preferred liqueur
2 tablespoons of chocolate chips

Retrieve the ice cream from the freezer and let it sit for 10 minutes
While that's happening, wash the strawberries thoroughly in running water and remove the stems
Set aside half of the whole strawberries and roughly mash the rest with a fork
Set aside the whole strawberries and mashed ones separately
Break the biscuits into small pieces, or if you prefer, process them rapidly and drizzle with liqueur
Mix the softened ice cream with the mashed strawberry mixture and assemble the dessert
In individual servings, spread a little honey on the back of the serving plate and make a layer with the moistened biscuits
Sprinkle with some chocolate chips and top with ice cream
Decorate with whole strawberries and serve immediately decorated with fresh herbs
