In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the onion until soft
Add the absorption and garlic
Cover and cook for 25 minutes or until the absorption is tender
Add the broth and tarragon
Let it simmer
Let it cook for another 10 minutes
When it's time to serve, blend in a blender
