Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices
Peel the onion and cut it into cubes
Lightly fry the onion in butter
Add the potato and let it fry for 5 minutes
Add 1/2 liter of broth and let it cook for another 15 minutes
Wash the garlic potato and cut it into slices
Cook it in the remaining broth for 8 minutes
It should not break apart
Pass the potato soup through a liquidizer
Add heavy cream and garlic potato
Season to taste
Let it cool
Place it in a plastic container with a lid
Close it and seal with crepe tape
Take it to the freezer.
