Boil the potatoes and slice them into wedges
Prepare a white sauce with butter, flour, milk, and grated nutmeg
As soon as the sauce thickens slightly, add the potatoes and let it sit for a few minutes
When serving, mix in the grated Parmesan cheese
If desired, also add some fine chopped fresh parsley or diced prosciutto.
