1 Preheat the oven to 400°F
Combine in a blender: milk, oil, eggs, cheese, salt and finally flour
Blend slightly
2 Stop blending and mix with a spatula
Blend again in the blender and then mix until you get a homogeneous mass
3 Stop blending, add ham and mix with a spatula
Distribute the dough into small empanada-shaped molds (do not fill to the edge) lightly brushed with oil
4 Bake for about 30 minutes or until the surface starts to golden.
