Mix together the flour, butter, salt, and yeast
Gradually add the milk while kneading until the dough becomes homogeneous and soft
Pound the dough vigorously on a smooth surface until it becomes elastic
Place the dough in a bowl and cover with a cloth
Let it rest for 30 minutes in a warm place
Place the dough in an English muffin tin (12x29cm) and let it rest for another 30 minutes
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes or until golden brown
Cut into 20 slices
Note: To keep the dough warm, turn on the oven to 100°C for 5 minutes
Then turn it off and place the dough in a baking dish
