1/2 cup of cooked and diced potatoes
1 cup of cooked and diced carrots
1 onion leaf
1 1/2 cups of chicken broth
some parsley leaves
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 cup of milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Place the potatoes, carrots, onion, chicken broth, and parsley in a blender
Blend well
Melt the butter, add the flour, and mix well
Add the milk gradually and cook for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally
Combine the ingredients in the blender and blend again
Serve chilled with additional parsley
