1 Place the cevadinha in a pressure cooker and add the vegetable broth
Cook for 30 minutes or until the cevadinha is tender
If necessary, add hot water
Meanwhile, mix the ground meat with the onion, butter, egg, and scallions
Season with salt and black pepper, and mash until homogeneous
2 Shape into small balls and fry in hot oil
Drain on paper towels
Remove the cevadinha from heat and transfer to a serving dish
Add almonds and warm slightly
Serve immediately, still warm.
