Place the butter, flour, and onion in a refrigerator-safe container
Liquefy at high power for 3 minutes in the microwave
Add the milk, salt, and nutmeg
Cover with an opening
Re-lignt the appliance at high power and let it cook for another 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes
Add the coconut and continue to cook for 1 minute at the same power level
Serve hot.
