2 small Italian peas

Open the top of each pea and remove the core, leaving a 2cm border
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion and cook the palm tree until tender
Add vegetable broth with cornstarch dissolved and let it simmer
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, let it cool and blend in a blender to get a cream
Mix heavy cream, distribute the soup among the peas, sprinkle grated cheese and bake in the oven to gratinate
Sprinkle paprika and serve.
