1 kg of black-eyed peas or white beans
1 pork ear
1 blood sausage (black sausage)
1 sausage of meat
150 g of bacon
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 sprig of rosemary
750 g of potatoes
1 handful of coriander
1 medium-sized stone
Salt and pepper to taste

The day before, soak the beans in water
Then, boil and scrape the pork ear
In a pot, combine the beans, pork ear, sausages, bacon, chopped onions, minced garlic, and rosemary
Cover everything with cold water and bring to a simmer
When the beans start to soften, season with salt and pepper
If necessary, add more boiling water
When the pork is cooked, remove all the meats and add diced potatoes and a bit more coriander
Once the potatoes are cooked, remove the pot from the heat and add the chopped meats and remaining coriander
Wash the stone well and place it in a soup bowl; pour the soup over it and serve.
