5 small cups of low-fat natural yogurt
1/2 cup of mineral water without gas
10 ice cubes
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons of prepared mustard paste
1 bunch of green scallions
4 peeled and seeded tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion cut into small squares
2 cooked and cubed beets
1 sprig of sweet herb
1 cucumber, peeled and cut into small cubes
Lemon juice
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

In a bowl, combine the yogurt, mustard, salt, water, and ice cubes
Mix once
Add a pinch of salt
Garnish with chopped scallions
Around each serving, place small bowls with each of the chopped ingredients, allowing betters and sweet herbs to be seasoned with a little lemon juice
Each person serves themselves yogurt and adds their desired toppings from the chopped ingredients
Serves 6-8 people.
