Heat the oil and sauté the onion until translucent
Add the legumes and cook for 5 minutes
Add the hot broth and let it simmer for 10 minutes
Let it cool and transfer to a blender
Blend until smooth and adjust the salt
Add the grated ginger and black pepper, heat and serve immediately.
