Preheat the oven
Spread the tomato sauce, leaving a 2 cm border, top with mozzarella, place in the oven and let cook for 5 minutes or until the crust is lightly golden and the mozzarella is melted
Remove, sprinkle with raclette and dried tomatoes, season with salt and serve
Do not put it back in the oven to avoid overcooking the vegetables
