Wash the kale and cook it for 10 minutes
Place a strainer over a bowl and let the kale drain
Finely chop the kale
Put the kale liquid in a pot and add enough beef bouillon to obtain 1 1/2 liters of broth (the broth should be prepared with the cubes)
Melt the butter and add the chopped onion
Let it fry for a bit
Add the wheat flour
Add the kale and beef broth, and let it simmer
Add the milk and kale
Mix well
Season the soup to taste with salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and lemon juice
Peel and slice the hard-boiled eggs
Chop the shrimp and add them to the soup along with the eggs.
