1 cup concentrated tangerine juice, canned and frozen
5 cups water
1 egg white
add to taste

Mix the concentrated tangerine juice with water and add to taste, if desired
Place in the freezer until almost firm
Beat the egg white until snow-like and gradually add to the sorbet
Beat until fluffy
Return to the freezer for 15 minutes before serving
Serve in 12 portions
Note: Any frozen concentrated juice flavor can be used.
