1 kg of washed raspberries
2 cups (chopped) of sugar
4 egg whites
1 can of heavy cream
1 kg of washed raspberries

Blend the washed raspberries and sugar in a blender
Whip the egg whites until fluffy and mix with the heavy cream
Fold in the reserved raspberry mixture
Freeze for 2 hours
Remove, blend again, and freeze once more
Repeat the process two times
Serve with your preferred topping.
