1 ripe mango
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup rum (optional)
4 balls of cream ice cream
1 ripe mango

Peel the mango and cut into thin slices
Place in a flat container
Sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with rum (if using)
Refrigerate for 1 hour
When serving, place over scoops or balls of cream ice cream
Serve 4 ways.
