1/2 cup pineapple sorbet
2 tablespoons Aro
2 tablespoons almond or almond extract
2 cups pineapple chunks
1/4 cup orange liqueur
vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup pineapple sorbet

Combine the pineapple sorbet, Karo and almond extract
Place in a saucepan and add the pineapple chunks
Heat over medium heat until the syrup thickens slightly
In a small pan, warm the orange liqueur and flambé it over the pineapple mixture
Scoop the ice cream into individual servings and top with the warm pineapple syrup
Serve 6 portions.
