Add the egg white and blend a little more
Pour into an ice cream container and place in the freezer until frozen
Remove from the freezer, let it soften a bit and blend the popsicle in a processor until creamy again
Return to the freezer at the moment of serving
Do not leave for over 1 hour before serving, as the popsicle will lose its creaminess and need to be blended again
