Place 1/2 cup of milk in a medium saucepan
Sprinkle the gelatin on top and let it sit for about 2 minutes
Heat while stirring constantly until dissolved well
Add the egg yolks, still stirring, and cook over low heat until slightly thickened, covering the spoon
Do not overcook
Remove from heat and add the sweetener and vanilla
Refrigerate to thicken slightly
Beat the whites in a snow-like consistency
If necessary, beat the cream until smooth
Fold into the egg mixture carefully
Place in 6 individual molds moistened
Refrigerate until firm
To serve, unmold and serve with dietary gelatin, accompanied by 6 servings.
