1/2 cup of water

In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and strawberries
Bring to a simmer over low heat and let it thicken without stirring until it reaches the desired consistency
Beat the egg whites until fluffy and slowly add the warm mixture while whisking constantly until it becomes smooth and creamy
Place in the freezer until ready to serve
Form into balls using an ice cream scoop
Garnish with strawberries.
