2 cups of 200g each of natural yogurt
2 cups of diced mango, kiwi, goji berry, or blackberry (fresh or dried)
2 tablespoons of fruit-flavored gelatin used

Place the natural yogurt, chosen fruit, and gelatin in a blender
Cover and blend at high speed for 1 minute to obtain a puree
Then, pour into 6 plastic cups
Leave in the freezer for about 30 minutes until it starts to set
Insert a popsicle stick into the center of each cup
Let it set in the freezer
Remove the plastic cup and serve
Make 6 popsicles.
