Ingredients: 2 packages of lemon-flavored gelatin; 2 1/4 cups boiling water; 1 cup fresh orange juice; 2 tablespoons grated orange zest; 1 can of cream without the serum or 1 cup whipped cream

Directions

Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water

Combine the orange juice and zest

Chill in the refrigerator until it thickens slightly

Add the cream and mix carefully

Pour into a round mold with a hole in the center, lightly greased with butter, 18 cm in diameter by 8 1/2 cm high
