Beat the egg whites until fluffy with 1 tablespoon of sugar
Beat the heavy cream chilled without serum with 1 tablespoon of sugar
Beat the yolks with the remaining 5 tablespoons of sugar until they become pale yellow and lose their egg taste
Combine the beaten egg whites and whipped cream
Add the vanilla sugar
Mix everything well
Add the wine and nuts if desired
Refrigerate until firm, then serve sliced.
