4 large potatoes
400g cod
4 tablespoons black olive oil
2 tablespoons salsa
100ml olive oil
100ml Porto wine
Salt and pepper to taste
1 beaten egg
1 chopped onion
10 minced garlic cloves
2 diced tomatoes
Breadcrumbs for dusting
1 package of puff pastry
4 large potatoes

Soak the cod in water for 24 hours, changing the water at least three times
Boil the potatoes and squeeze them while still hot. Reserve
Cook the cod for a few minutes and flake. Reserve
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic
Add the cod, tomato, black olive oil, and let it simmer
Correct the seasoning and add pepper
Remove from heat
Mix with the potato
Let it cool
Open the puff pastry and spread the filling in the center
Roll up the pastry
Brush with egg and dust with breadcrumbs
Bake in a medium oven until the pastry is golden.
