In a small pot, bring the water to a boil over high heat (about 5 minutes)
Tire the pot from the heat, add the packets of sweet herb, cover and let it sit for about 5 minutes
Discard the packets of sweet herb
Pour the mixture into a pitcher and refrigerate for about 1 hour
Blend the beets in a centrifuge to extract the juice (should yield 2 cups, 480 ml)
Add the chilled mixture, add sugar and mix well
