Preheat the oven
Mix the lemon curd, flour, salt, and pepper until well combined
Add the cheese and green onions; mix well
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Beat the yolks until thickened and pale yellow in color
Gradually add the yolks to the cream and cheese mixture
Finally, add the beaten egg whites with care
Pour the mixture into several individual refractory molds without greasing
Place them in a water bath and bake at 30-40 minutes or until firm
Serve immediately.
