1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
In a saucepan, melt the butter
Add the flour and stir until golden
Remove from heat and let cool
2 Add the egg yolks one at a time, stirring continuously
Add the condensed milk, orange zest, and mix well
3 Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form, then fold into the mixture
4 Pour into four prepared soufflé dishes or an ungreased 1-quart baking dish lined with parchment paper
5 Bake for 20 minutes
Serve warm or chilled.
