In a round, small form, 20 cm in diameter, mix all the ingredients with a rubber or plastic spatula until everything is well combined
Scrape the sides of the form to mix the ingredients well
Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let it cool in the same form
Serve this cake with fresh fruits, in a sauce, or with ice cream
Serves 4 to 6 people.
